Your Invitation to Mindfulness and Compassion Practices

In this unprecedented time of uncertainty, it’s most important to take time to breathe and steady ourselves. Mindfulness and compassion practices help to ground, center, and calm our body and mind.

Join Pat Wright as she leads a series of free online guided breathing and grounding practices, including a deep relaxation through the body, to help you calm and rest your nervous system.
These 30-minute guided breathing and grounding practices will be offered every Tuesday at 7pm for the month of April starting April 7th, 2020 and concluding April 28, 2020.

About Pat Wright:
Pat has learned Zazen, Vipassana, and Insight Meditations from many teachers - Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, Sharon Salzberg, Joseph Goldstein, and Hae Kwang Sunim. Valuable teachings also received from Thich Nhat Hanh, Ram Dass, Pema Chodron, Eckhart Tolle, and Michael A. Singer. Certified in QiGong, Medical QiGong, Meditation, and Reiki, Pat is currently completing her practicum as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through Jack Kornfield’s and Tara Brach’s Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program.
