Register for Avanti Women’s in-person retreat in nature on August 7, 2021, with Pat Wright, Mindfulness and Energy Coach, Inner Peace Guide & Alex Leikermoser, Wellpreneur and Author of 'Rituals'. 

At this retreat you will self-discover centering and grounding through guided mindfulness practices rooted in self-care, connect with self and others who understand the importance of self-care and share similar mindfulness values while networking and learning with other members and experts.

At this retreat you will experience:
  • new ways to practice mindfulness and self-care.
  • embodiment practices such as yoga, Inner Peace Qigong, meditation, forest bathing, journaling, and gratitude.
  • Connect with nature and network with others who practice self-care.

Price  – space will be limited due to covid protocols  (20 seats)

Inner Peace Qigong / Forest Walking Meditation

Afternoon - Group 2 - Afternoon 1:15 – 3:30 pm

o   Reconnect to nature and set intentions 
o   Embodied practice of presence through movement (Inner Peace Qigong, Medical Qigong) - soft flowing series of movements and stretches designed to strengthen and tone the body; 
o   Deep relaxation through the body to restore and rejuvenate inner peace and connection
o   Forest bathing/walking meditation
o Self-reflection - journaling
o   moment of gratitude @ observation deck

Inner Peace Guide for more than a decade Pat’s mindfulness journey has been inspired by many teachers -  Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, S. N. Goenka, Sharon Salzberg, Joseph Goldstein, Hae Kwang Sunim, Thich Nhat Hanh, Ram Dass, Pema Chodron, Eckhart Tolle, and Michael A. Singer. She is a certified Mindfulness Coach, Meditation Teacher, Qi Gong and Medical Qi Gong Instructor, and a Reiki Practitioner.
