Join Avanti Women Guest Speaker, Pat Wright as she leads a 2-part free online series exploring mindfulness practices for quieting the mind and relaxing the body in daily life. 

These one-hour sessions are offered every Tuesday at 7pm starting September 29th, 2020 and concluding October 20th, 2020.

About Pat Wright:

Pat has learned Zazen, Vipassana, and Insight Meditations from many teachers - Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, Sharon Salzberg, Joseph Goldstein, and Hae Kwang Sunim. Valuable teachings also received from Thich Nhat Hanh, Ram Dass, Pema Chodron, Eckhart Tolle, and Michael A. Singer. Certified in QiGong, Medical QiGong, Meditation, and Reiki, Pat is currently completing her practicum as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through Jack Kornfield’s and Tara Brach’s Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program.
