As a business strategist, best selling author and creator of RichLifeBiz.com I have always been fascinated with human connection and why we do what we do (and don't do). It fascinates me that we strive for what we call success and we have lost the mean of what true success means to us.
True fulfillment. Connecting with ourselves and others. Financial and time freedom. What do you love most about the work that you do?
I bring smiles to my client's faces and money to their bank account. Can't get any better than that.
How do you define success?
Success is an ongoing process. As you grow and change in life your priority changes. It is always important to stay in tune with this and adjust along the way. I call it Root Success. What is true to your heart. I worked in a corporate role for 25 years to realize I was an entrepreneur. I learned along the way. What is the one thing you can't live without?
Loved ones. Travel. Food. Sorry I couldn't leave it to one and narrowed it down already.
What advice do you have for women who are entering your profession?
I have been running my business as an entrepreneur for almost a decade now. It is all about strategy, execution and focus at the end of the day. This applies to your professional and personal life as it is difficult to have one without the other.
